The NCP team has shown exemplary service before, during and after our pool purchase and installation.  We learned a lot during the entire process, including the need to be flexible given the nature of this industry, supply chain challenges, and unforseen challenges that can arise.   Duncan was our project manager and did a great job.  Sean and his brother Jeff were highly responsive at all times, returning calls quickly and always helping with the numerous simple questions that would come up regarding upkeep and maintenance.  They did their best to help even when time had passed and pool operation responsibility were now on us, the owners of it.  I asked for a simpler maintenance document and they built it and had it to us 2 weeks later, so very responsive again.  I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a pool, product is great quality and we have finished with a great new addition to our property, our  family social life, total game changer. I first want to say that Sean, Duncan, and the entire crew at Northern Colorado Pools are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly the best in this industry. They genuinely care about the pool industry, as whole, and take pride in their work.

If you are wanting a pool and they’re booked, WAIT. Get one their schedule and wait because they are worth the wait. If you don’t, you’ll wish you had…like we did.

We called Northern Colorado Pools around early in 2021. Unfortunately, they were booked until the spring of 2022 (now). We decided to keep looking and find someone else. THAT WAS A MISTAKE.

The company we hired had absolutely no idea what they were doing. So many things were done incorrectly or missing. The whole thing was a disaster that they couldn’t even fix.

This year, I called Sean on a whim, just to ask if they could take a look at some things and see if they could fix them. He came out and found MORE things that were wrong or missing.

But, he told us that he wouldn’t leave us hanging like we were and he would help us. And he has. He sent his crew to fix the terrible job that the other company did and the difference in professionalism and workmanship has been remarkable.

Every time I look at the disaster that we had, my stomach turns thinking that it would have been avoided if we had waited for Sean and Northern Colorado Pools. He’s saved our yard and our pool and we will be forever grateful.

Sean, Jeff and Duncan are fantastic at what they do and have been there for us every step of the way. They set good expectations on timing and were professional from start to finish. They were helpful through design, installation, set up and function. A pool isn’t a small investment or easy to keep running perfectly. We began our journey with Northern Colorado Pools back in the fall of the COVID year. From the very beginning Sean clearly articulated the process and timeframe of when we could expect to start enjoying our pool. As we moved into 2021 and the supply chain disruptions began to rear their head, Sean continually kept us abreast of the issues at hand and how they might impact the schedule.

Despite the supply chain issues and the challenges of working with county officials, I am very pleased to say that Sean and his crew held true to their commitment and installed our pool ON TIME!

Throughout the installation process both Sean and Duncan were on point and continually looking out for our interest. Their crew was polite, professional, and their quality of work was excellent.

Northern Colorado Pools has an excellent crew of workers. The management and their team of workers were very professional. We were given their cell numbers so they could answer all of our questions promptly as well as they would take care of any concerns right away. We were very pleased with the final outcome of our pool, coping, concrete and their team of workers. I can’t say enough about this company.  We  are in the beginning stages of a pool install for fall 2020. We interviewed several pool companies and not one compared to the experience we have had with Sean and Tara. They went above and beyond making sure to answer and help us with all of our questions and concerns. Their response time is impeccable.  I know at this point I can’t comment on the actual pool we will have installed but I can comment on their amazing customer service. Sean and Tara were gracious enough to let us see in person one of their finished pools and landscape projects. They spent countless hours with us before we even contracted. I understand the urgency to want a pool installed right away and some will find the wait time hard. I do believe it tells you a great deal about Sean and his team and the fact they have a waitlist. I would rather be patient knowing I’m working with a quality company who isn’t taking on to many projects that they can’t handle. It’s quality over quantity. Sometimes the best things in life are worth the wait.  If you are searching for a pool company search no more. Save yourself the countless months we spent interviewing pool companies. You will definitely not be disappointed with Northern Colorado Pools and the outstanding customer service they will provide you!
